Oakbank arranges a $320M Construction Loan for Almadev

On behalf of our client, Almadev, Oakbank Capital Group has successfully secured a $320,200,000 construction loan for their project Galleria III.
Located at 1245 Dupont Ave, Toronto, ON, Galleria III is a 427 unit mixed-use condo development with 53,916 SF of ground and second floor retail. This is the third tower of the larger Galleria on the Park master planned project, a marquee development that will transform the Dupont & Dufferin neighborhood in Toronto.
